Bob the Cob. Bob is our poster boy. He is such a handsome fellow. Rescued from abandonment in a small field and kept alive by the local community feeding him, he came to us in a sorry state; miserable and extremely bored from no stimulus. He was in reasonable health due to being cared for by the community when he came to us but first port of call was worming him. After that he was seen by the farrier and gelded (castrated) and once recovered went to our trainer. He is a lovely boy and is now living a wonderful life in his new home.

These are the newest arrivals. Goldie, Jem and Mr JB, all Shetland colts. They were homeless and if they hadn't been brought to us they would have been sent for sale. It's not bear thinking about who would have bought them, i.e. the meat men. Here they are saying hello to the yard dogs and they all get on fine together. Mr JB (the black one) is due to go to his new home in a couple of weeks but Jem and Goldie still need a home to call their own so if you could be the one for one or both of them please let us know.
